Whitstable’s Swakely Lodge No.6634 raised more than £900 at their recent Ladies Festival and divided the money equally between the Pilgrims Hospice and Leukaemia Research.

The Master of the Lodge WBro Roy Reading is pictured presenting cheques of £458 each to Mr Denis Hurl, Chairman of the Whitstable and district fund-raising branch of Leukaemia Research, and Mr Lindsay Goode head of fund-raising for Canterbury’s Pilgrims Hospice.
