A HAPPY UPDATE. In issue 44, we reported on a presentation made to Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother hospital by WBro Cliff Jewett of Birchington Lodge No.9159, where it was mentioned that WBro Cliff had been suffering from cancer and was awaiting an operation to reverse a temporary procedure. We are happy to say that he has now had that operation successfully, and expects to make a full recovery.
